The surgery has one attached midwife who is employed by Calderdale and Huddersfield NHS Trust. When a pregnancy has been confirmed, pregnant ladies should book an appointment to see the midwife at approximately six weeks or if diagnosis is after that time as soon as is practicable. The midwife will complete the necessary booking forms. The midwife will then contact you again between 12 and 14 weeks
