The Practice Manager is responsible for the smooth and efficient running of the practice, supporting the delivery of high-quality patient care. They lead the non-clinical team, which includes reception and administration staff, a data clerk and a medical summariser. They oversee key areas of the practice such as staffing, finance, premises and day-to-day systems, as well as longer-term planning and service development. They also work closely with local NHS organisations, including Integrated Care Boards (ICBs) and Primary Care Networks (PCNs), to support the continued improvement of services. |
