Complaints and feedback

Feedback

Whatever your thoughts, be sure to let us know via our feedback function. Comments and suggestions are always a great way of helping us continue to enhance the way we look after you.

Please note, it is an offence for a patient to post a communication on social media that they know to be false. The Malicious Communications Act 1988 and The Communications Act 2003 makes it an offence for a patient to send online messages or posts that contain false information. Inaccurate and unfair comments on websites or social media can damage the reputation of providers and their staff. Guidance from the British Medical Association outlines the law of defamation and steps that we can take to have such comments removed from our website or social media channels.
